Waterfront Information and Rules
If you own a boat and a lift and would like to keep your boat at the CLYC, you are in luck. We offer a "member with boat slip" membership. If you have questions or would like to keep your boat at the CLYC, please contact Craig Diegnau. Also every year we need to update our files to keep track of who has boats at the CLYC, so please print out and complete the Boat Registration Form and sent it to PO Box 315.

Waterfront Rules
*We spend a day in the spring to get the docks and the lifts put out into the lake. You are required to be present for this event or you will be billed $150 as a no-show fee. We also repeat the process in the fall.
*Boaters putting docks will also need to furnish their own "personal dock". This is the part that connects from the main dock and runs out alongside your lift.
*Junior members do not have boat lift or trailer privileges at the CLYC.
*If you or your children are playing on the beach, please fill in deep holes before you leave.
*If using the fire pit on the beach, please make sure the fire is out before you leave. Fire wood is supplied by our members. If you have extra firewood that you could donate, please let us know or stack it near the fire pit.
*Please do not leave boat covers, gas cans, etc., on the docks unattended.
*If you are keeping your boat on a lift at the CLYC, please make sure you check on it after a storm. If you notice any vandalism, please report it to the CLYC and the police immediately.
*For safety reasons and Minnesota Boating Regulations, you may not accelerate within 200 feet of our docks.
*Please be on the look out for swimmers and floatation devices in and around the beach area of the CLYC.
